NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS

To the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Nyack Joint Fire District:
A Special Meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Nyack Joint Fire District (herein after the “NJFD”) will be held at the District Office at 13 Park Street, Nyack, New York 10960 on April 13, 2022, at 6:30 P.M.
The Special Meeting is being held for the purpose of meeting and discussing the on-line surplus property auction of the District’s 1990 Salisbury/Spartan Gladiator Rescue Truck and to determine whether to accept or reject any or all bids.
The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors is being called at the direction of Ted Ryder, a member of the Board of Fire Commissioners, and Chairman of the Board, of the Corporation.
