PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Nyack Joint Fire District shall hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of a Resolution implementing a partial real property tax exemption, under RPTL §466-a, of the assessed value of property that is the primary residence of members of an incorporated volunteer fire company, fire department or incorporated voluntary ambulance service deemed qualified for such an exemption on February 22, 2023, and other business, as necessary.
The public hearing will be conducted at the Nyack Joint Fire District, 13-15 Park Street, Nyack, New York 10960, at 6:00 p.m. on February 22, 2023. All interested persons are invited to attend.
